This membership is strictly training. However it differers from the training guide, in that its personalized programing contingent on the the clients goals, experience and training style. Clients will have access to workout video libraries with in the program. Workouts are changed every 6-8 weeks depending on development, and other progress markers. A suggested sample macro count will be provided complimentary to apply to regiment to maximize results. as well as any personal blog videos uploaded for motivation, and or education. Great program for learning the basics in the gym all the way to advanced movements and training styles. The client will have the ability to check in every 2 weeks to track progress, but is not mandatory Give yourself the foundation if your just starting out, or if you been at it awhile, step up and switch up your training style to get over that "plateau" you think your at!
