Instead of handing you a meal plan, I strive to teach you the how, when, and why of what your being prescribed to do. This method, helps my clients achieve their goals and create a realistic and sustainable lifestyle. One, that they can install trust in knowing its benefit and delivery of results!

Coach Pit-Membership Consult 

This is a commitment to staying disciplined for 45 days straight.
Clients will be provided with a personalized workout for every day and a personalized nutrition and supplement program. 

During the 45 days its our goal for you to obtain the mental tools needed to be successful in any aspect of life, not just fitness & health. Client's will have weekly physique checks and quarterly video call checkins with your respective coach to go over progress and implement the skills taught into your everyday life in order to attain your goals. It all starts in the mind!!

PIT 45

This is a 6 week progression program targeting solely your core. 
If you are looking for a challenging a routine that at the least will deliver a stronger overall core, relive back pain, and possibly a 6 pack if you execute your program!! 

Who’s ready to get their midsection right?! 

PIT-CORE 

This membership is strictly training. However it differers from the training guide, in that its personalized programing contingent on the the clients goals, experience and training style. Clients will have access to workout video libraries with in the program. Workouts are changed every 6-8 weeks depending on development, and other progress markers. A suggested sample macro count will be provided complimentary to apply to regiment to maximize results.  as well as any personal blog videos uploaded for motivation, and or education. Great program for learning the basics in the gym all the way to advanced movements and training styles. The client will have the ability to check in every 2 weeks to track progress, but is not mandatory Give yourself the foundation if your just starting out, or if you been at it awhile, step up and switch up your training style to get over that "plateau" you think your at! 

Coach Pit- Training Only Membership 

1 on 1 personal training done virtually. We will connect for your session via the app video. You will be instructed on what exercises to execute, and at what tempo to do them at. I will be there to push and instruct you, making sure your form, and intensity is where it needs to be to get your physique goals!

This is my most comprehensive program available where we work together to help you reach your physique and lifestyle goals in a focused manner!

This membership is exclusive to a limited number of clients do to how hands on I am with your programing.  A fully personalised program is crafted for your specific goals and lifestyle! With this level access, the member will have weekly checkins with me as well as a bi weekly video call to fully assess and discuss your progress. Complete access to all the app has to offer.

This is the fully customized experience that will set you up for success and provide full spectrum accountability!
