How do I become more structured?

Can I travel with my meals?
Yes! You absolutely can I have traveled all over the map with my food. Make sure to properly package your meals and abide by any airline regulations in place.
How does eating more make me loose weight?
By eating more frequently throughout the day, we keep our body's metabolism stimulated, and allows the body to burn calories oppose to storing them. You will learn more about this during the duration of your membership to the app.
